During my highly customized 12-week coaching program, I will take you through the necessary steps towards recovery from food obsession, exercise addiction and poor self confidence. You will learn to eat without food fears, stop obsessive exercise but do it in a truly healthy way, and become confident in your own skin. The scale will no longer own you!
Our society has put so much pressure on you to look a certain way. It tries to tell you that you're never good enough, because there's more weight to lose, more fat to cut, you have to look thinner, eat cleaner…
You thought all this was true — but it wasn't. It was all a bunch of lies. But you didn't know it then and that's okay. You know better now, and can start changing your life.
This 12-week program is customized for each individual and draws upon my personal experience of over 6 years with healing my body and mind, healing my own psychology, relationship with food and fitness, and overall health. I have worked with a therapist, participated in various kinds of shamanic journeys and implemented numerous positive psychology strategies to make true peace with myself.
Through this work, I've started to feel like a new person. I've learned to eat normally and without fears, exercise in moderation and in ways that truly feel good, and feel much better about myself. I can help you do the same.
I have helped many women to get free from their food obsession, hypothalamic amenorrhea (no period due to overtraining and under eating), compulsive workout habits, and negative self talk. Many of them used to get panic attacks in restaurants, have terrible insomnia or nightmares, constipation, have no periods, were irritable and moody, had no social life, no libido…
