1:1 Coaching with Kersten
I am currently accepting a handful of highly motivated women to join my high level 1:1 coaching program.
I'm specifically looking to work with
- High-achieving women who feel burnt out and want to get their energy back
- Fit and active women who experience one or more of the following symptoms:
- Exhaustion, fatigue
- Decreased workout performance and/or poor workout recovery
- Obsessive, disordered eating behaviors like binge eating, starving, under eating, feeling out of control around food, frequent dieting
- Low metabolism (feeling cold, constipation and bloating, getting sick often, hair loss)
- Loss of period
- Low libido
- Negative self talk, poor self esteem
- Unstable mood or anxiety/depression.
*I am not a medical doctor and will not give medical advice. My recommendations are based on my personal experience and experience that I've gained from coaching other women. You are responsible for all the decisions you make for your health.
