The Solution Session is a one time 1-hour private coaching call with me. It's meant for you if you need individualized support and guidance to overcome hypothalamic amenorrhea, overtraining, learn to exercise in a healthy way, or if you have worked with me in the past and want to do a quick check-in.
If you need longer support, my 1:1 coaching program will be a better option for you. The Solution Session gives you the quick answers so that you can start moving in the right direction immediately.
The Solution Session is for you if, you have/are experiencing:
- You have lost your period and suspect that it may be because of overtraining/ under eating
- You suspect that you have HA but you aren't quite sure yet
- You have already started recovery, but you don't seem to make any progress
- You are not sure if what you are doing is right
- You are not sure if your diet is right
- You are not sure how you should or shouldn't exercise (it's not same for everyone!)
- You are struggling with body image
- You are unable to go “all in” and are considering slower recovery options (like reverse dieting) which can be easier on your mind. Note – this approach will take quite a bit longer than “all in” approach, but it may be beneficial to learn about both options.
This hour-long call will give you a lot of clarity and specific steps how to move on.

- Detailed analysis of your eating and/or fitness habits, in the past and current, and recommendations based on that info. I will ask you to submit 4-5 day food/exercise/lifestyle log and depending on the case, other information, before our call
- Lifestyle recommendations (stress reduction, working with your thoughts, getting into the right mindset)
- Exercise and food recommendations based on your situation and goals
- My best knowledge, based on my personal experience and work with hundreds of women, that helps you get healthy as soon as possible
- After our call, notes with all the recommendations I recommend you to implement if you're serious about getting your health back and maintaining it.
