Have you ever thought about jumping into freezing cold water?
Probably not…but why would you want to do this?
What if I told you that cold water has numerous health benefits, such as:
- Speeding up metabolism (which in turn helps to burn body fat)
- Fighting inflammation. People with various inflammatory diseases, such as allergies, asthma, arthritis, IBS, endometriosis, have found relief from cold water practice
- Faster workout recovery
- Improved blood circulation
- Boosting immune system
- Deeper and longer sleep
- Mental clarity
- Reduced pain
- Improved stress tolerance
“But I Don't Like The Cold!”
You're not alone in this! In fact, whenever I recommend ice cold showers or baths to someone, they usually say:
“Sure, I believe it works for you but you know what, I really, really don't like the cold.”
Believe me, not too many people who get their feet into 32-40F water, love the first few moments. But after a short while, they notice their fear slowing down, and they start to feel more relaxed.
A minute later, they're feeling a lot better. Once they step out, they feel empowered, happy, energized, and at peace.
What people have said after an ice bath:
- I feel open and ready to receive — I want to meditate right now!
- My head is so clear, and I feel ready to take on anything.
- I feel energized and empowered, and I'm so proud of myself for doing this! I can only imagine what else I can do!
What Happens During An Ice Bath Session?
This is more than just jumping in and jumping out.
My ice bath sessions are a meditative, peaceful, and even spiritual experiences. We use breath work, calming music, sound healing and grounding techniques to prepare your body and mind for cold water.
Then, you're ready to step in!
Where Can I Try An Ice Bath?
You can choose between two locations:
Outdoor location (pictured above): The Vibration Collaborative is a beautiful location in North Phoenix with a gorgeous backyard, plenty of plants and even a sacred labyrinth you can walk before or after the session.
This location is for small group sessions only.
Indoor location: Morozko Forge spa (the video above) in Phoenix. This peaceful spa has a special forge designed at Morozko Forge, and also has an infrared sauna so that you can enjoy the benefits of red light therapy as well.
This location is mainly for 1:1 sessions but small group sessions can be held as well.
All sessions are by appointment. Contact me below to ask any questions, or let me know what time you'd like to come in — we'll make it happen!
I don't recommend ice bath for pregnant women if they have not tried it before, and for those with a pacemaker.
