Speed Up Your Metabolism

The goal of speeding up your metabolism is to create a healthy, lean body composition that allows you to be much more flexible with your diet and that you can actually sustain.

With faster metabolism, you will be able to eat more food and maintain your physique.

You never have to use cardio for calorie burning, and you never have to calculate how much energy you have to “burn” to “earn” food. Faster metabolism gives you so much flexibility. If you've ever said that you can't even look at bread, ice cream or any other food without gaining weight — you likely have slow metabolism and you need to speed it up!

Here's how some of my clients have done it.

She used to eat only about 1300 calories and was wondering why she can't lose weight. She did lots of cardio and bootcamps and was bloated from that stress… We started a structured weight lifting program and over time, increased her metabolism to 1900 calories.
Previously, she had been eating 1200 calories. She then increased to 1600 on her own, and then we increased her metabolism even furtner to 1950 calories. We also added structured weight lifting program.

 

This client went from eating 1550 calories, to 2300 calories. She is only 5'2” (157 cm), so this result is absolutely amazing! She has built a lot more strength and her cravings are gone. She eats plenty of food and feels better than ever before.
Previously, she had done extended fasts and lots of cardio. She had even done up to 3 day fasts, and on days she did eat, she didn't go past 1600 calories. We increased her calories to 1900 and later up to 2600. Results speak for themselves!
We worked on speeding up her metabolism, which ended up helping her to lose body fat. These are first results after just 4 weeks.
She was eating only about 1200 calories which was way too little for her. Her metabolism was slow and we had to speed it up to start getting results.

Lose Body Fat Sustainably

When the body is healthy and metabolism fast, fat loss becomes faster. The results that you see here are 100% sustainable — there is no extreme dieting involved.

Before, she was eating intuitively but her physique didn't change. It wasn't until we started tracking macros and created a slight calorie deficit that she started seeing results.
She has lost about 15 lbs and is able to keep it off, because she never did anything extreme to lose it. The entire process has been completely sustainable.
She used to do 10 hours of cardio and bootcamp classes a week. When she started lifting weights 3x/week and following a customized macro plan, things finally changed! This are the first results after just 4 weeks.
It wasn't until she started tracking her macros that she learned how much food her body needs to start letting go of the extra body fat. These results are after only 4 weeks of the program.
This mom of 5 had always been eating healthy, but it wasn't until she started tracking that her physique started to change.
This woman didn't have a weight problem, but her body composition changed noticeably when we got her macros right and switched some of her running for weight lifting.
It may be hard to believe, but she is eating close to 2000 calories to get the results you see on the right. That's because her metabolism is healthy!
When the body is healthy, fat loss is easy. With customized macro plan, anything is possible and it does not have to require extreme weight loss methods like severe calorie cutting.
