Eating Too Little For Too Long Is The Reason For Fat Loss Resistance
All these women whose stories I share on this episode, were eating way under their needs. Some of them ate even 1000-1200 calories before we got started. Some of them did 4 day fasts when they didn't eat anything at all. Others cut out all carbs. It all came down to the same thing — extreme calorie restriction.
They all had to speed up their metabolism to start seeing the body change they wanted because this extreme calorie restriction was the exact reason why they were stuck.
How To Burn 750 Calories More and Not Gain Fat
