If you have ever wondered why your body is not changing although you're exercising regularly and eating well, it can be frustrating. In today's podcast and video, I'm sharing with you 5 things that you may have to tweak when it comes to exercise, and 5 things when it comes to food, to change that.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to change your body. You can do whatever you like, and not feel ashamed about it even if someone tells you that this is the wrong goal to have. Just be sure to do it in a healthy way!
