Do you know the difference between occasional overeating and binge eating? Most people know what occasional overeating is like, but not everyone has experienced true binge eating where your desire to eat is so primal and unstoppable that you can’t stop before you feel physically sick.
In this episode, I’m sharing my own story with binge eating, as well as 3 reasons why it happens and 3 things you can do about it. Note — I am not covering the possible emotional reasons or trauma related binge eating, as this is outside of my qualifications. But I address the physiological reasons that are results of under eating (calorie deficit) and/or yo-yo dieting where you’re also trying to keep your calories extremely low.
