The topic of binge eating is really close to my heart, because I used to suffer from it for many years. But I didn't know why!

If you've been over exercising/under eating for a while too, you may have experienced it too. Unexpected cravings, that seem to come out of nowhere and that are hard to stop, keep getting more and more frequent… While most of the time, you're able to be really “good” and stick with your plan!
