What should you know about periods after hypothalamic amenorrhea?

Today, I'd like to introduce you Nicole Jardim, aka. The Period Girl, and pick her brain on that topic.

If you've been reading this blog for a while, you know that I've covered a lot about recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea. But what happens next? From my personal experience, I can tell you that keeping your ovulation and period takes work too! How do you do it right?
