I've been on YouTube for a while, but I used this platform to post my workout videos… Which, as you may know, I haven't done for about ten months by now. They're still great workouts, but for someone who is still suffering from hypothalamic amenorrhea or just recently recovered, they are clearly too intense. If you're healthy and fine – I think they're great!
So, instead of HIT workouts, I'm going to share some videos where I talk about hypothalamic amenorrhea. Make sure to sign up for the channel here!
Today's topic is nutrition and hypothalamic amenorrhea, and what you should do to recover as quickly as possible. You can watch it right here:
One big recommendation that I give here, which is to eat at least 2500 calories a day, comes from the book No Period, Now What. If you're interested in more details on HA, please check this book out.
If you don't want to watch the video and would like to read instead, this post has most of the information I share in this video.
If there's anything you'd like me to talk about in my blog posts, videos, Instagram stories or weekly emails (you can sign up for them here), just contact me and let me know. I appreciate your feedback!
