NOTE: I am currently not doing any high intensity workouts as I'm holding off from intense training until a few more months after recovering fro hypothalamic amenorrhea. However, these and all other workouts on this blog are great for someone who is healthy and has no hormonal imbalances, injuries and / or other similar health conditions.
